In the town Las Delicias, San Miguel, El Salvador, many families lack the necessary resources to survive and to improve their situation. Consequently, many youngsters turn to gangs, drug trafficking and prostitution in their quest for survival.

El Salvador is suffering a humanitarian crisis. According to the Instituto de Medicina Legal Salvadoreña, El Salvador is one of the most violent countries in the world. With homocide ocurrances three times higher than in Mexico and 17 times higher than the global average.
